8 Tips for a winning fundraiser!
 
1. Set a target dollar amount that your group would like to reach. Establish a goal for each seller and have some creative activities for sellers to reach the goal.
2. Call Gianni's to set up your fundraiser. We will provide the order forms for each seller at no charge. A delivery date should be scheduled before the actual sale starts.
3. Please attach a cover letter or fill out the organization name and the delivery date on each order form to inform your sellers about the sale and any important dates. Advertise the due date, sales goals, pick up date and times and any other important information. 
4. To advertise the fundraiser, our posters and your homemade banners can be placed in high visibility areas like bulletin boards and main entrance corridors. Try different activities to raise awareness for the fundraiser and increase participation. Make announcements during the sale to remind your sellers to continue selling to meet their goals.
5. Simply Funds does not promote door-to-door selling. Encourage sellers to call their friends, family members, co-workers, and anyone else they know who would enjoy our quality products. Many make up a list of home phone numbers to call. This will give them a starting point - encourage them to add a name or two everyday.
6. Sellers should collect payment before they turn in their orders. All customer checks are made to your organization.
7. Collect the order forms and tally the orders. Call in on the order date, usually 5-7 days before delivery. Don't turn away late orders - we will accept them up till 2 days before the delivery.
8. Make a customer list from your order forms and contact them for future sales. These customers will want to order Gianni's again and again.
